Emotional Wellbeing and Adult Mental Health Strategy
Mental Health Services: Have your say on the draft strategy
A public consultation on the draft joint commissioning strategy for Emotional Wellbeing and Adult Mental Health is taking place. It was designed by the six Surrey Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and Surrey County Council with residents to improve local services.
The document describes what we know works and is important for emotional wellbeing and mental health; taken from what people have told us and local, national and international evidence. The document includes our strategy for mental health promotion and the commissioning of mental health services for adults of working age. If you require this document in an alternative format or require a freepost address to send your response to please telephone 01252 335 164 or email us at the addres below.
Tell us what you think
We are very keen to hear your views on our draft strategy. Before any changes are made there needs to be a formal public consultation, where a number of questions are explored with local people, especially with the people who use these services, local organisations and with other healthcare providers, including NHS trusts.
We are particularly keen to hear from service users and carers with experience of mental health services in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We would also like to hear from groups or organisations involved or interested in mental health issues. We welcome both individual and organisational responses to the questions we ask and any other views you may have in relation to the strategy.
